Payment

Registration and Acceptance of Santri:

1. Prospective students are required to fill out the registration form with correct and complete data.
2. Prospective students are required to attach supporting documents such as birth certificates, family cards and health certificates from doctors.
3. Prospective students will go through a selection stage which includes interviews and written tests.
4. The decision to accept students is entirely in the hands of the Al-Ittihad Assalafiyah Islamic Boarding School management and cannot be contested.

Code of Conduct:

1. Students are required to take part in all learning and extracurricular activities organized by the Islamic boarding school.
2. Students must maintain attitudes, behavior and ethics in accordance with Islamic teachings.
3. Students are strictly prohibited from carrying prohibited items such as drugs, sharp weapons and other potentially dangerous items.
4. Any violation of the rules will be given sanctions in accordance with Islamic boarding school policy.

Financial Obligations:

1. Parents/guardians of students are required to pay registration fees, monthly fees and other fees in accordance with the stipulated provisions.
2. Details regarding education costs can be seen in the information brochure or consulted directly with the Islamic boarding school administration.

Students Rights and Responsibilities:

1. Students have the right to receive a decent education, adequate facilities, and protection from all forms of discrimination.
2. Students are responsible for maintaining the good name of the Islamic boarding school and establishing good relationships with fellow students and the surrounding community.

Resignation and Termination:

1. Students who wish to resign must convey their intentions and reasons in writing to the boarding school administrators.
2. The management of the Al-Ittihad Assalafiyah Islamic Boarding School has the right to terminate relations with the students if the students commit serious violations or actions that harm the good name of the boarding school.

Notices and Changes:

1. These terms and conditions can be changed and updated in accordance with the policies of the Al-Ittihad Assalafiyah Islamic Boarding School.
2. Students and parents/guardians will be notified of these changes and are expected to always comply with applicable regulations.
